Role and Responsibilities of Expeditor:
You will ensure food quality, accuracy, and timely order flow by coordinating between kitchen staff and service teams. You will focus on maintaining standards, verifying orders, and supporting efficient restaurant operations during peak service times.
• Ensure compliance with portion sizes, quality standards, and operational procedures
• Maintain station cleanliness and organization throughout the shift
• Follow prep sheets and recipes accurately to support food consistency
• Verify food quality and confirm order accuracy before service
• Monitor product levels and communicate replenishment needs
• Maintain proper food rotation using First-In, First-Out (FIFO) standards
• Follow strict sanitation and cleanliness procedures at all times
• Communicate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Support teamwork and coordination between kitchen and service staff
Required Skills and Experience of Expeditor:
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow instructions, recipes, and operational guidelines accurately
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a restaurant or kitchen support role
• Familiarity with high-volume food service operations
Compensation and Benefits of Expeditor:
Pay ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour.
