Expediting Coordinator

Job Overview We're looking for an organized, detail-driven Expediting Coordinator to join the Order Status team at our corporate office. You'll work daily with internal departments, manufacturers, and freight carriers. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong candidate to build a career with a growing company. What You'll Do Respond to customer inquiries about product availability by phone and email Communicate with vendors to confirm product production and availability Follow up with vendors and carriers to confirm delivery timeframes and transit schedules Monitor open purchase orders and track them through to fulfillment Assist with order entry Review, verify, and process outgoing shipments Partner with teammates and support staff across departments to keep orders on track What We're Looking For Solid computer skills, including email, order entry, and order or inventory tracking systems Strong phone skills and the confidence to work through issues with vendors, carriers, and customers Resilience and composure: you handle day-to-day problems in stride, stay solution-focused, and don't let a tough call derail your day Strong follow-through and the persistence to chase down answers Ability to manage many open orders at once with high accuracy A team player who stays organized in a fast-paced environment Experience in customer service, or order management preferred; appliance or retail experience is a plus What We Offer Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) — become an owner in the company's success Matching 401(k) Paid Time Off Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits Employee Discounts We are an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
