Job description: Expedite Driver (Cargo Van Provided) | Choose Your Runs | $20.00–$24/hr | Fon Du Lac/ Oshkosh Preferred home cities for best runs: Fon Du Lac/ Oshkosh. Imagine your windshield as your office view every day. If you love driving, want flexibility, and prefer longer, out-of-town runs, you'll fit in well here. This is NOT local delivery with a million stops per route. This is expediting (typically one pick up / one delivery) and a lot of windshield time. You will almost never deliver to the city you picked up in—and often not the same state. From the Fon Du Lac/ Oshkosh, many pickups will start in Wisconsin with frequent deliveries into Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, and Indiana, and occasionally longer runs east or west if you're up for it. Most run requests come in between 11am and 2pm, and most runs are 10 - 11 hours long. Almost always just one pick up and one delivery. Pay & Vehicle Pay: $20.00–$24.00 per hour (Two pay models available — we'll walk through both at the interview.) Want to make more money? Cargo van provided We generally dedicate a van to you (many drivers keep the van at home for easy launch, but it's not required—let us know at the interview) How the job works We call you as delivery opportunities come up You can almost always say yes or no If you accept a run, and don't run it, you lose your ability to work for BenX. Work at your own pace—no micromanagement Runs in this area average medium to long distance Expect typical runs of 8–11 hours Most routes are simple: one pickup, one delivery (not a bunch of stops) Multiple runs per day can happen when the timing lines up Most people only work a few days per week, and get to choose. A day in the life (example) Dispatch call → pickup in Wisconsin → deliver in Iowa/Minnesota/Missouri/Indiana → get paid → decide if you want another run.
