Exhibit Builder / Warehouse Technician

Embarq Creative is a full-service exhibit and tradeshow company. We offer a wide range of exhibit solutions, including custom trade show exhibits, custom modular displays, rental exhibits, point-of-purchase displays, permanent solutions, portable booths, and pop-up displays. Job Description: Warehouse Associate We are seeking a diligent, coachable, organized, and highly motivated individual with an interest in trade show exhibit preparation and installation. Our team is set apart from other event companies by the way we create an encouraging team environment while maintaining the high standards required by our clients. In this role, you will work in a team environment to set up, prepare, inspect, maintain, and organize custom trade show exhibits. This position also requires basic carpentry skills and includes assisting with general warehouse duties as needed. Job Duties Exhibit Prep Unpack exhibit materials and follow instructions to build various exhibits Inspect exhibits and report any damage, missing components, or fit-and-finish issues Assist with addressing client needs during exhibit previews Train clients on exhibit installation and dismantling as needed Repack exhibits carefully and accurately for storage or transport General Warehouse Support Assist with shipping and receiving as needed Help load and unload trucks Assist with moving, organizing, and storing exhibit materials and components Help maintain accurate labeling and proper storage of warehouse items Assist with other general warehouse duties as needed Basic Carpentry & Repairs Perform basic carpentry tasks related to exhibit preparation, repair, and maintenance Safely use common hand and power tools Assist with minor repairs and adjustments to exhibit components as needed Organization & Workspace Must be able to work in an organized manner and maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workspace at all times Keep tools, materials, and exhibit components properly stored and organized Clean work areas and return tools and equipment to their proper locations at the completion of each project Qualifications Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Basic carpentry skills Comfortable using hand and power tools Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment Ability to lift and move exhibit materials and equipment Previous warehouse, exhibit, construction, carpentry, or trade show experience is a plus Working Hours Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position is based at our modern facility in Collegeville, Pennsylvania.
