Executive Sales & Client Relations Support

We are a fast-paced, high-end luxury retail boutique in search of a strong candidate to fill a strategic right-hand role supporting our sales executive. Primary Duties -High-level execution of support tasks including but not limited to: Project management, with an emphasis on deadline-driven tasks and milestones Strategic management of the executive's tasks, mindful of client needs, vendor operation hours, shipping cutoffs, employee coverage, etc. Meticulous and organized note-taking of important action items and discussion points garnered from observation of in-person and online client and vendor communications Anticipating requests of the executive, clients, and vendors Monitoring all channels of communication (email, text, phone, social media, etc.) -Efficient and functional organization of both physical & digital materials utilized by the executive -Streamline, systemize, and document procedures and templates for repetitive tasks and workflows -Liaise between all departments including sales, inventory, procurement, accounting, operations, and marketing with clear and constant communication -Communicate with vendors and clientele with the utmost professionalism, while deeply listening and always keeping the goals of the boutique top-of-mind -Manage the workload of the executive by identifying and delegating tasks and client or vendor interactions that can be performed by yourself or other team members -Performing all of the above tasks and more in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with speed, efficiency, a positive demeanor, and poise Success in this role requires: Highest level of integrity, transparency, honesty, and work ethic Proven extraordinary level of attention to detail Work style that is methodical, intuitive, quick, and driven Excellent memory recall supplemented by organized and searchable notes Proactive behavior with the discernment to ask questions when appropriate Sharply honed observation and listening skills Expert at multi-tasking (i.e. listening & observing while performing a separate task) Robust organization skills, including both physical & digital organization Fast thinking & fast acting with the ability to regulate pace when deep thinking and/or caution is required Grounded & practical mindset with superb common sense and critical thinking ability Excellent and elegant written & verbal communication skills Advanced use of technology, including knowledge of Mac OS, Google Suite, Office & more, plus the ability to learn and teach new programs quickly Highest level of discretion to protect sensitive data and client information Awareness of surroundings and ability to work within a high security environment Desire to provide support to both executive and clientele alike Patience, understanding, and empathy Professionalism and polished personal presentation This is a challenging yet deeply rewarding position, working with a discerning executive who is generous with support, appreciative of strong performance, and genuinely invested in your professional growth.
