Executive Partner, ESCL, High Tech

For our client, we are seeking a Executive Partner, ESCL, High Tech to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role serves as a strategic advisor to executive clients, helping them navigate supply chain and operations priorities in a fast-moving high-tech environment. You will build trusted relationships, shape customized engagement plans, and support critical business outcomes across the member lifecycle. The position also contributes to regional growth through prospect cultivation, account planning, and collaborative client engagement. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $160,000 – $194,000 annually Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor to executive clients on supply chain initiatives Manage and nurture 25-30 member relationships to drive strategic objectives Leverage company resources to assist members with their critical priorities Develop customized engagement plans based on member needs and company strategies Conduct on-site briefings to support client initiatives and engagement Oversee all phases of the member lifecycle, from pre-sale to renewal Contribute to regional growth through prospect cultivation and account planning Qualifications 15+ years of experience in supply chain or operations management 10+ years leading multiple supply chain functions globally 7+ years of experience in high-tech industry supply chains Proven skills in strategy development and organizational design Excellent relationship management and communication abilities Experience coaching and mentoring senior leaders Master's degree in engineering or business administration preferred; supply chain certifications preferred Benefits Generous paid time off (PTO) policy 401(k) match up to $7,200 per year Employee stock purchase program at a discount Access to annual bonus or uncapped sales incentive plans Market-leading benefit programs Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
