About the Role Hammer Head Security is hiring an experienced Events Scheduling Manager to oversee workforce scheduling, staffing coordination, training verification, licensing compliance, and deployment readiness across multiple security accounts. This is a hands-on operational role, not administrative scheduling - you'll be the control point making sure the right, qualified personnel are on the right sites, every shift. What You'll Do Build, publish, and manage weekly Security officer's schedules across client accounts, maintaining full site coverage Coordinate coverage for call-offs, no-shows, and last-minute vacancies, plus holiday/event staffing Verify training completion, post-order acknowledgment, and BSIS Guard Card/certification status before any deployment Track attendance, overtime, and recurring staffing issues; keep pay rates and billing accurate Support SOC coordination, new-site startups, site inspections, and HR/corrective-action documentation What We're Looking For Prior management or supervisory experience in the security industry Working knowledge of California BSIS licensing requirements Experience scheduling multiple employees, locations, or shifts Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to make fast, sound decisions Comfortable working with data, schedules, and operational reporting systems (GPS/patrol tracking, QR scan compliance a plus) Why Hammer Head Security Join a growing security company where your organizational skills directly drive client coverage and operational success — working closely with HR, Operations, Field Supervisors, and Dispatch.
