Event Warehouse & Logistics Crew Member — Seasonal / Potential Full-Time Location: Cypress, TX Job Type: Seasonal / Part-Time to Full-Time Hours Opportunity: Potential Permanent Position Schedule: Weekdays + Event Weekends About the Position We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Warehouse & Event Logistics Team in Cypress, TX. Our team produces running events, races and other large-scale events throughout Texas and beyond. This position plays an important role in making those events happen—from preparing equipment in our warehouse to loading trucks, setting up events, supporting race-day operations and getting everything back into the warehouse afterward. This is a hands-on, active position and a great fit for someone who likes variety, enjoys working with a team and doesn't want to sit behind a desk all day. We are currently hiring for our busy event season, but strong seasonal team members may have the opportunity to transition into permanent positions with our company. What You'll DoWarehouse & Logistics Load and unload trucks, trailers and event vehicles Pull and prepare equipment for upcoming events Check equipment against event load lists Clean, organize and return equipment after events Maintain organized warehouse and storage areas Assist with inventory counts and equipment tracking Inspect equipment for damage, missing pieces or maintenance needs Prepare supplies and equipment for upcoming events Help keep vehicles, trailers and warehouse areas clean and organized Event Support Travel to event locations as scheduled Assist with event setup and breakdown Set up tents, tables, fencing, barricades, signage, cones and other event equipment Help load and unload equipment on-site Support the event operations team throughout race day Interact professionally and positively with clients, participants, volunteers, vendors and other team members Assist wherever needed to keep event operations moving What We're Looking For We're looking for people who are: Dependable and punctual Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Willing to work hard and jump in wherever needed Able to follow equipment lists and instructions accurately Good communicators and comfortable working with people Able to work independently as well as part of a team Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors Available for weekend event work Able to safely lift and carry at least 40 lbs. Comfortable being on their feet and physically active for extended periods Driving Experience Is a Plus Experience driving trucks and/or pulling trailers is strongly preferred but not required. Please let us know if you have experience with: Pickup trucks Box trucks Cargo vans Utility or enclosed trailers Towing and backing trailers Forklifts, pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment A valid driver's license and good driving record are preferred for team members interested in driving company vehicles. Schedule Our schedule varies based on the event calendar. Warehouse work is primarily scheduled during the week, while event work frequently takes place on weekends and may require early mornings. Some events may also involve travel or longer event-day shifts. Candidates should be comfortable with a schedule that changes based on our event needs.
