Event Specialist and Warehouse Associate

We are passionate about supporting athletes and the teams that inspire them. Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Event Specialist and Warehouse Associate to join our team! This role combines hands-on warehouse operations with event support to ensure smooth logistics, inventory management, and successful event execution. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and efficiency standards. Approximately 40 hours per week to include regular store/warehouse hours as well as offsite at pop up shops at swim meets within a two to eight hour drive of Knoxville (throughout AL, GA, NC, MS, VA, WV, FL) approximately 1-2 times per month. Accommodations provided along with daily per diem. Must have a valid drivers license. Experience driving a trailer is preferred. Must be available to work up to two weekends per month. This position requires weekends each month and applicants will be working pop-up shops offsite as well as in-store hours. Event Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting appropriate products. Maintain an organized and visually appealing pop-up sales location through effective merchandising. Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system. Provide knowledgeable product demonstrations to customers. Upsell additional products based on customer needs. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Assist with inventory management including stocking shelves and managing stock levels. Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals. Warehouse Responsibilities: Responsible for helping receive vendor shipments Pulling and shipping orders Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse Responsible for staging, packing, unpacking, and loading merchandise for off-site events Coordinating with Off-Site Event Manager regarding sales and product to be sold at off site events. Manage inventory control using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software to track stock levels accurately. Assist with shipping and receiving processes by preparing orders for shipment, packing items securely, and verifying order accuracy through barcode scanners and internal systems. Support warehouse distribution activities such as stocking shelves, order fulfillment, picking & packing products for customers or events, and managing logistics for timely delivery. Requirements : Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Organizational and planning skills are highly necessary Excellent written and verbal communication Some prior sales experience is preferred Ability to lift 50 pounds Ability to work evenings/weekends when scheduled Reliable transportation to work Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions. Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
