Event Rental Delivery Driver & Installer Company: Ricky's Party Rentals Pay: $24.00–$26.00 per hour Job Description Ricky's Party Rentals is seeking motivated, dependable, and hardworking individuals to join our Delivery and Event Installation Team! We specialize in providing furniture and rental equipment for weddings, corporate events, private celebrations, and other special occasions. We're looking for team members who thrive in a fast-paced environment, work efficiently under time-sensitive conditions, and take pride in delivering professional service. Key Responsibilities Drive company vehicles to event venues and customer locations. Load, unload, and transport tables, chairs, lounge furniture, bars, and other rental equipment. Assist with event setups, installations, breakdowns, and pickups. Follow event layouts, delivery schedules, and installation instructions. Handle rental equipment safely and carefully. Work efficiently with team members to complete setups and pickups within scheduled timeframes. Verify equipment quantities during loading, delivery, and pickup. Maintain a professional appearance and attitude when interacting with clients and venue staff. Assist with warehouse organization and equipment preparation as needed. Requirements & Qualifications Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles. Previous experience in event rentals, event production, delivery, installation, or similar hands-on work preferred. Ability to lift, carry, and move furniture and equipment safely. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently under deadlines. Dependable, punctual, and responsible. Neat, professional appearance. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Availability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends when needed.
