Event Logistics Assistant
saheOverview We are looking for an energetic, dependable, and hardworking person to join our concessions team. This position helps keep our events running smoothly by transporting equipment and supplies between our warehouse and event locations, assisting with setup and breakdown, and responding to unforeseen needs as they arise. The ideal candidate is organized, takes initiative, and is comfortable performing physical work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Load, transport, and unload equipment and supplies Deliver items from the warehouse to event locations and return them afterward Clean, inspect, and maintain equipment Organize the warehouse and storage areas Monitor inventory and report items that need to be restocked Rotate food and supplies to help maintain freshness Bag and store ice Keep accurate records of equipment and supplies Assist with event setup and breakdown when needed Complete other duties as assigned Qualifications Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Dependable and punctual Able to safely lift and move equipment and supplies Comfortable working on your feet and performing physical tasks Organized and attentive to detail Able to work independently and as part of a team Willing to work a flexible schedule based on event needs Previous warehouse, delivery, inventory, concessions, or event experience is preferred but not required Compensation Pay is commensurate with experience.
