Event PROEvent Crew & DOT Truck Driver Event Pro Live LLC is seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our production team as an Event Crew Member and DOT Truck Driver. This dual-role position is critical to the successful execution of our live events, requiring both technical precision on the road and hands-on collaboration on-site. Primary Responsibilities Activity Description Transport & Logistics Pick up company vehicles at our headquarters and safely transport equipment to various job sites. Equipment Management Responsible for loading and unloading production gear, ensuring all items are handled with care. Event Production Assist the crew with the physical build and strike of events, including setting up staging, lighting, and audio equipment. Safety & Compliance Conduct pre-trip safety inspections (fuel, tires, load security) and adhere to all DOT regulations while operating vehicles. Professionalism Maintain a professional demeanor and represent Event Pro positively to clients and vendors. Role Requirements Valid D.O.T. Card: All applicants must possess and maintain a current Medical Examiner’s Certificate (D.O.T. card) to operate company vehicles. Professional References: Candidates must provide at least three professional references. Physical Capability: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and perform physical tasks such as climbing, crouching, and pushing/pulling gear. Availability: Must be willing to work unconventional and long hours, including nights and weekends, based on the event schedule.
