Job Overview
The Merchandise Handler is responsible for managing and maintaining the flow of materials and inventory, adhering to department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while utilizing a combination of manual labor and basic machinery/equipment.
The compensation for this position is $17.50/hr, with additional benefits such as:

Key Responsibilities:
• Follow SOPs to accurately count, pick, pull, and pack inventory
• Use basic math skills to verify and adjust quantities for order fulfillment
• Operate computers, tablets, RF scanners, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to facilitate inventory flow
• Adhere to company safety protocols to maintain a safe workplace
• Lift cases, cartons, and inventory to and from conveyor lines or storage areas
• Lift up to 25 pounds continuously throughout the shift, including overhead and below shoulder level
• Be adaptable and willing to work in various areas of the distribution center as needed
Minimum Salary: $17.50

Qualifications:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in a distribution, warehouse, or logistics environment is advantageous
• Attention to detail
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Capacity to stand for the entire shift with scheduled breaks
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset
