Shifts between 12 pm and 11 pm, Monday - Sunday availability required,
Candidate must be available to work Flexible Availability to meet Business Demands
FULL TIME Position, not suitable for Students
Location: Travel between all Fredericton and Minto Area Tim Hortons (must have own vehicle and license)
Must have previous Restaurant/QSR experience at a Manager or Supervisor Level, for a minimum of 1 year and previous Tim Hortons experience would be an asset
As a Evening Operations Manager you empower and lead your Evening Restaurant teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee multiple restaurants in the Afternoon/Evening Day Part to ensure standards are being followed and met by monitoring live surveillance footage and conducting site visits. You have the knowledge, skills and long term vision to support the Restaurant Owner/Operations Team in running a successful business. You are an expert at recruiting, training, and coaching a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons' high standards of operation. Your high standards for operational excellence allow you to easily plan and execute methods of increasing sales and achieving targeted costs. You thrive in the fast paced atmosphere and love coming to work every day!
In this position you will:
- Conduct Audits of Restaurants (Always Fresh, Coffee Standards, Food Safety) to report on conditions and readiness for inspection
- Attending during Steritech Inspections at Restaurants
- Assisting with ordering supplies
- Overseeing building maintenance (reporting tickets), cleanliness and security
- Completing Evening inventories of all Food, Paper, Merchandise, and Cleaning Products as required
- Analysis of Food and Paper Costs, taking measures to improve costs to meet targets
- Accountable for production of Always Fresh standards and waste levels
- Ensuring Restaurants Meet Speed of Service Targets
- Using Forecasting for Creating Sales Targets and implementing incentives and goals with the team to hit sales targets
- Ensures restaurant uses all best practices to meet all Standards for Audits; Always Fresh, Coffee Standards, Food Safety
- Cash Management- ensuring that the cash handling follows standards, deposits are made when required, cashes are counted and entered in the Cash Sheet, Brinks, and Clearview daily. Completing Cash Audits at Restaurants.
