Ethanol CDL Tanker OTR Driver - Home Weekends - Per Diem Pay ****

Central Arkansas Petroleum Transport is hiring a regional Ethanol Tanker delivery driver. Loading and Delivery will generally be within a 650 mile radius of Little Rock, AR. CAP Transport is based in Malvern, AR HOME WEEKENDS . 5 day work week. At least 48hrs up to 60 hour home time on weekends (never just a 34hr restart). On an weekly basis you will make between $1300-$1800 PER WEEK. 30% of load PAY plus DAILY per diem $$ . Get paid weekly on Friday. Very nice late model truck.. Our equipment is always well maintained. NEW Yearly longevity bonus - 1% of Gross annual pay for each year of service. i.e.- if you earned $80k in the past year and have been with the company 5 years your bonus would be 5×$800= $4000 United Health Insurance. This is a premium PPO plan with low doctor, specialist, and prescription co-pays. Dental and vision benefits are also available. Life insurance, matching Retirement, short and long term disability, plus additional options are available as well. This is the type of trucking position that is difficult to find. We don't advertise constantly. Our turnover rate is low. Most of our drivers have been with the company for years. The company has around 40 drivers, we know our drivers by their first name. We hire good people, your fellow drivers are happy to help you in any way possible while you are getting comfortable with the job Our 'open door' policy allows you to speak directly with an owner with any issues you may have. Any criminal history is considered on a case by case basis.. The dispatcher has over 30 years experience. Every experienced truck driver knows how valuable a competent, fair dispatcher is to making the job go smoothly and we have one of the best. Being honest and not having frequent preventable accidents will ensure you will be a long term member of our team. For those who have never hauled Ethanol- It is not physically intensive at all. Loading is quick and simple. Loading generally takes under 1 hour than you'll be on your way. Unloading also generally takes under 1 hour. TO SUCCEED YOU NEED TO BE SAFE, HAVE A STRONG WORK ETHIC, AND HAVE SOME COMMON SENSE. 3 years of VERIFIABLE tractor trailer experience REQUIRED . Class A CDL w/HAZMAT and TANKER ENDORSEMENT required. A GOOD DRIVING RECORD IS IMPORTANT. A good work history is a must. We won't hire people who have a history of constant job hopping. Applications remain active for 90 days.
