Estimator/Project Manager - Flat Roofing

Duties Review and interpret architectural blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately estimate project costs and scope of work for flat roofing installations. Utilize construction estimating software such as HeavyBid and ProCore to prepare detailed bids, proposals, and budgets. Develop comprehensive project schedules , coordinating timelines with project teams and subcontractors. Manage all aspects of project planning, including resource allocation, procurement, and scheduling to ensure timely completion within budget. Oversee on-site activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and client specifications throughout the project lifecycle. Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution. Maintain accurate documentation for reporting, change orders, and progress tracking. Skills Strong proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings related to flat roofing systems. Experience with construction estimating tools Familiarity with project management software Knowledge of construction estimating processes specific to roofing projects and civil infrastructure. Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately to assess project requirements. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proven experience in construction management or related roles within the roofing or civil construction industry.
