Develop and maintain clear pricing assumptions, qualifications and exclusions, considering factors such as labour and union requirements, escalation, commodity exposure, remote logistics, mobilization, utilities and project duration. Coordinate integrated pricing for opportunities that combine workforce accommodation assets with Camp Services, ensuring alignment across Structures, Operations and commercial teams. Prepare pricing recommendations and supporting analysis for leadership and bid reviews. Maintain and continuously improve estimating tools, cost libraries, historical benchmarks and standardized pricing templates.
