Estimator – Doors & Hardware (Hybrid / Flexible Hours) We are seeking a reliable Estimator to join our small, enthusiastic team at a growing door and hardware supply company. This role offers a hybrid work schedule with very flexible hours, balanced with occasional in-office days to keep collaboration strong. Key Responsibilities: Perform accurate cost estimations for steel doors, steel frames, wood doors, and commercial hardware. Produce clear, precise shop drawings for client approval and production. Adapt to our established supply processes and procurement workflows. Collaborate closely with our small team to ensure smooth project delivery from bid to handoff. Requirements: Solid experience estimating steel doors, steel frames, wood doors, and hardware. Proven ability to generate shop drawings. Dependable self-starter who communicates well and fits into a tight-knit, collaborative environment. Ideally familiar with using Job Tread.
