Job Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for locating missing cabinet parts, MPO'd parts, and truck parts daily to ensure customer delivers dates are met. Inspect the quality of the materials to ensure specifications have been met. Monitor operations and make adjustments to correct problems and ensure conformance to specifications. Examine finished workpieces for smoothness, shape, angle, depth-of-cut, and conformity. Verify trueness of structure. Follow standard operational procedures. Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments or material or equipment needs. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Proficient computer skills Ability to meet deadlines and department expectations. Results oriented while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to follow processes and directions while demonstrating a willingness to learn. Strong verbal, written and organizational skills. Ability to solve problems in high stress, fast-pace environment. Teamwork skills. Knowledge of production processes. Knowledge of relevant equipment, procedures and strategies to promote effective, secure operations. Job Qualifications and Education: Previous work-related skill, knowledge and experience are required. Demonstrated skills in organization, planning, prioritization and time management.
