Errands and Delivery Driver

Harloff Manufacturing Company, LLC (HMC) is currently looking for a dependable and organized individual to assist with company errands, including picking up supplies, parts, materials, and other items from local vendors and suppliers. What You'll Do Pick up supplies, parts, materials, and other items from local vendors and suppliers according to scheduled requests. Safely transport items to our facilities, ensuring proper handling and care. Verify orders against purchase requests to ensure accuracy and that all requested items are received. Maintain delivery logs, receipts, and basic inventory records. Communicate with the purchasing team to coordinate urgent or special pickups. Keep the company vehicle clean, fueled, and in good working condition. Follow all company safety policies and safe driving practices. Provide professional and courteous service when interacting with vendors and suppliers. What You'll Bring A valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple pickups. Excellent attention to detail when checking orders and handling materials. Dependability and the ability to work independently. Good communication and organizational skills. A positive, professional attitude when representing the company. Ability to safely lift and move supplies, parts, and materials as needed.
