Dynamics 365 F&O Project Manager Job Type: Full-Time Must be a US Citizen or Green Card/EAD Holder About the Role We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Project Manager to lead enterprise business and technology initiatives from project initiation through successful production deployment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing ERP implementations, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving customer engagement throughout the full project lifecycle. This role will oversee complex D365 implementations in Agile/Waterfall hybrid environments and serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, business users, technical teams, and leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of Dynamics 365 F&O implementation projects Manage all phases of the project lifecycle including discovery, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and project documentation Facilitate discovery workshops and business process discussions with functional stakeholders to gather and document requirements Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA analysts, architects, consultants, and business users Track project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables Monitor development progress and ensure solutions align with documented business requirements Oversee QA activities, testing cycles, UAT planning, and validation efforts Present sprint demos, status updates, and executive-level reporting to clients and internal leadership Manage project communications, meeting cadences, action items, and stakeholder expectations Identify and mitigate project risks while escalating critical issues as needed Ensure adherence to PMO governance, SDLC standards, and project delivery methodologies Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, technical teams, and executive stakeholders Required Qualifications 5+ years of IT Project Management experience Hands-on experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) implementations Experience delivering at least 4–5 full-cycle ERP or D365 implementations Strong understanding of ERP business processes including Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, or Manufacturing Experience managing projects in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery environments Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Experience coordinating technical and functional teams across distributed environments Exceptional communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement; adept at risk management and problem-solving within complex projects. Relevant certifications preferred: PMP (Project Management Professional), SAFe Agilist or similar Agile certifications; experience working within IT governance frameworks is a plus.
