Cherokee Nation BusinessesThe ERP Developer analyzes business needs and delivers functional and technical solutions for ERP systems, particularly PeopleSoft Financials or Oracle Fusion Applications. The role works with cross-functional teams to improve system performance, automate processes, and provide reliable technical support. Troubleshoot complex issues across General Ledger, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Management. Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs. Develop ERP interfaces, customizations, integrations, and automated processes. Create test plans and scripts; support system conversions and implementations. Prepare and maintain system, programming, and knowledge-management documentation. Plan and deliver system enhancements, recommend standards and process improvements, and train users as needed. Coordinate multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field and five years of PeopleSoft or Oracle Fusion Applications experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with PeopleSoft Financials modules, PeopleTools, integrations, BI Publisher, technical support, and user/role security architecture. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, organizational, and coordination skills; able to work independently with minimal direction. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience developing data models and custom reports. Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain and maintain licensing from the appropriate gaming authority.
