As an Equipment Operator - Rentals , you'll play a key role in supporting field operations by operating mixing plants, maintaining equipment and inventory, and ensuring our rental fleet is always ready for action. This position offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to work independently while supporting multiple divisions across the company. What You'll Do Keep Operations Moving Operate mixing plants safely, efficiently, and independently Mix and pour chemicals accurately and on schedule Monitor and manage sweep viscosity and shipment processes Prepare, rig up, and rig down pumps and pods for field use Change pod socks and gaskets as needed Ensure all equipment is ready for use at the start and end of each day Be the Equipment Expert Wash tanks and equipment inside and out to company standards Maintain equipment, chemical inventory, and rental assets Operate forklifts and power washers safely and confidently Perform preventive maintenance and basic mechanical repairs Troubleshoot equipment issues and keep operations running smoothly Manage chemical ordering and inventory levels Safety First, Always Follow all CNC safety policies and operating procedures Participate in safety inspections and maintain compliance Respond appropriately to incidents using established accident procedures Maintain required certifications, including: H2S Forklift Manlift Help create and maintain a safe work environment for everyone Support Our Team and Customers Serve as a professional representative of CNC Oilfield Services Communicate effectively with coworkers, field personnel, and clients Answer operator questions and provide field support when needed Process job requests accurately and efficiently Collaborate with multiple departments to meet operational demands Participate in an on-call rotation and be available to support operations when needed Keep Things Organized Write accurate tickets and documentation Maintain clean, organized workspaces and yard facilities Support inventory controls and operational readiness Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence What Success Looks Like You are someone who: Shows up ready to work every day Takes ownership of responsibilities Prioritizes safety in every task Pays attention to details and documentation Communicates clearly and professionally Continuously develops skills and knowledge Takes pride in maintaining equipment and supporting the team Qualifications Required High School Diploma or GED Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Chauffeur's License H2S Certification Forklift Certification Manlift Certification Preferred CDL License (required for senior-level progression) Experience operating industrial equipment Mechanical troubleshooting experience Knowledge & Skills Understanding of chemical applications and dosages Knowledge of down-hole conditions and treatment processes Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Inventory management experience Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices Ability to make sound decisions in safety-sensitive situations Work Environment This is an active, hands-on role where no two days are exactly alike.
