Tandy Surplus EquipmentWarehouse Logistics & Maintenance Specialist We are seeking a versatile Warehouse Specialist to handle logistics and facility upkeep for three properties. This role requires a "jack-of-all-trades" who is comfortable behind the wheel and in the warehouses. We are a small, family-owned company so there will be a lot of responsibility and communication needed. The ability to work independently to complete tasks at times will be a must. We would like someone who sees this as a long term position, we take very good care of our people. Key Responsibilities Commute: Drive between warehouses to perform whatever tasks are needed. Material Handling: Operate a forklift to unload/load deliveries and organize stock. Shipping: Efficiently palletize and wrap items for outbound freight. Maintenance: Perform general handyman repairs and basic mechanical maintenance on warehouse equipment (forklifts/tools). Transport: (Optional) This would be for the upper end of the pay scale. Drive own vehicle to pickup purchases and safely tow trailers. Mileage would be paid additional to hourly rate. Travel one hour away to our other warehouse location 1x / week maximum Requirements Clean driving record Forklift experience or willingness to learn. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift 70+ lbs and work independently.
