The Role Habco is hiring an Equipment & Logistics Manager for a data center electrical construction project in Michigan City, IN. You'll make sure crews have the right equipment and materials in the right place at the right time, and you'll manage deliveries, inventory, and jobsite logistics for the project. What You'll Do Equipment Coordination Plan, schedule, and track equipment needs across the project Coordinate equipment rentals, deliveries, returns, and inspections Work with the General Superintendent and field leadership on equipment priorities Material Deliveries & Inventory Schedule and receive material deliveries in the sequence field crews need Track inventory, staging, and storage, and flag shortages early Coordinate packaging, protection, loading, and delivery sequencing with the Prefabrication Manager Jobsite Logistics Plan laydown areas, site access, and material flow Set exclusion zones, access control, and safe work sequencing with the Safety Manager and General Superintendent Keep logistics records current and accurate What You'll Bring Required Experience in managing equipment, materials, or logistics on construction projects Experience coordinating material deliveries and jobsite logistics Inventory tracking and organizational skills Clear communication with field supervision, vendors, and project teams Ability to work full-time onsite in Michigan City, IN Preferred Large industrial, data center, or electrical construction project experience Compensation & Benefits Pay: $75,000–$120,000 per year, based on experience Healthcare: Medical, dental, and vision premiums paid 100% by the company, including spouse and dependents 401(k) with match: Company match, plus flexible contribution rates and retirement planning tools Vacation: A generous paid vacation policy Life insurance and long-term disability: Included in the benefits package Growth: Continuing education and professional training Work Location Michigan City, IN area Equal Opportunity Employer Habco Partnership, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
