As our Equipment Inventory & Sales Operations Manager, you will serve as the strategic connection between sales demand, equipment supply, inventory investment, factory allocations, forecasting, and branch operations. You will build and lead a centralized, data-driven approach that helps the organization answer critical questions: What equipment do we have available? What is committed or sold? What is coming from the factory? Where are inventory risks emerging? Where should we invest? How can we improve forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency? You'll create visibility where it doesn't exist today, develop systems and processes that scale, and equip leaders with the insights needed to make better business decisions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building, improving, influencing, and creating structure that drives results across an entire organization. What You'll Do Drive Inventory Strategy Develop enterprise-wide equipment inventory plans and strategies. Balance customer demand, inventory investment, factory availability, and business objectives. Identify inventory risks, shortages, excess inventory, and aging equipment before they impact the business. Improve equipment availability while optimizing inventory performance. Lead Forecasting & Business Intelligence Create forecasting models that improve visibility and decision-making. Analyze sales trends, inventory movement, demand patterns, and market activity. Build dashboards, KPIs, reporting tools, and operational insights that leaders rely on. Translate complex data into actionable business recommendations. Build Better Systems & Processes Evaluate current workflows and design scalable future-state processes. Standardize procedures, controls, documentation, and operating practices. Improve data integrity and drive automation opportunities. Develop operational structures that support growth and efficiency. Partner with Leaders Across the Organization Work closely with General Managers, Sales Managers, and executive leadership. Facilitate inventory planning discussions and strategic reviews.
