Environmental Inventory Specialist

Job Overview As an Environmental Inventory Specialist, you will keep track of material ordering, supply, location and facilitate movement of those materials and supplies. Duties Monitor inventory levels, stocking, shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, and warehouse distribution using inventory management software and paperwork. Facilitate movement of supplies and restocking of materials from the warehouse to the jobsites as requested by field supervisors. Facilitate and track movement of equipment to and from the jobsite to the office or rental agencies. Perform routine maintenance of equipment and supply orders on the jobsites and occasionally help with cleaning or regular jobsite activities when work is slower. Skills Essential: Inventory management or warehouse experience; moderate math skills, and moderate proficiency with spreadsheets and inventory control. Must have a current and valid Driver's License and be at least 18 years of age. Will be asked to drive a company issued vehicle and will run DMVR for insurance purposes. Must be able to pass a background check to gain access to certain client facilities. Some Felony convictions are allowed. Preferred: Bilingual able to speak Spanish and English. Able to use a forklift and handle materials; role may involve heavy lifting.
