In this role, you'll support our customers - from contractors to manufacturers - helping them get the tools, support, and solutions they need to do their best work. Responsibilities Manage and process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently. Utilize our system to track inventory and manage stock levels. Pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring customer satisfaction in order fulfillment. Maintain organization within the warehouse to optimize workflow for customer support. Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment efforts. Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, safely and effectively as needed. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals. Requirements Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
