help move, track, and organize inventory in a large distribution facility. If you're comfortable with physical work and want a stable opportunity with room to grow, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Be Doing:
Locate, move, and organize inventory using pallet jacks and hand carts
Lift, carry, push, and pull products throughout the warehouse
Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory and orders
Accurately pick, process, and prepare orders for shipment
Safely climb ladders to access products stored at various heights
Build and wrap pallets to prepare orders for transport
Maintain productivity goals while ensuring order accuracy
Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
Stay active throughout the shift with frequent walking, lifting, bending, and reaching
đź’Ş What We're Looking For
1+ year of warehouse, order picking, or heavy lifting experience preferred
Experience working in a fast-paced or quota-driven environment is a plus
Comfortable lifting, carrying, and moving products throughout the day
Familiarity with pallet jacks, hand carts, and RF scanners preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Burnsville, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
