Our office in Miami is looking for an ambitious part-time Purchasing Assistant to support our sourcing and procurement operations in the US and Latin America. What are the job responsibilities? Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery reliability. Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors. Assist in negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing to secure the best value. Ensure purchased products and materials meet quality standards and specifications. Support the purchasing team with administrative tasks and order follow-ups. What are we looking for?
