Entry-Level Parts Counter Associate

We supply ground-engaging wear parts for dozers, loaders, graders, and excavators. Who this is for Someone who wants to learn the heavy equipment parts business from the ground up No parts experience needed. We train you, and you get paid while you learn. What you’ll do (about 70% counter and phones, 30% warehouse) Help customers at the counter and on the phone, and learn to match the right part to each machine Answer calls and emails and keep orders moving Pull, pack, receive, and organize orders in the warehouse What we’re looking for Reliable, on time, and comfortable talking with contractors and operators Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet; steel-toe boots required Basic computer skills Nice to have: Spanish, forklift experience Pay and growth Full-time, Monday–Friday $17–$21/hr depending on experience $1/hr raise after 90 days once you’re running the counter and phones on your own Paid time off A clear path to grow with higher pay and responsibility Grow with us.
