Entry Level Logistics Sales Representative

Never sold freight? That's fine. If you've sold something and liked it, we'll teach you freight and put a fleet of more than 150 trucks behind your quotes. Base salary plus uncapped commission on the accounts you win. North Austin office, four days a week. This is for you if you've been selling something else Rental cars, retail, phones, cars, insurance, software, in-home sales. If you've had a target, picked up the phone and liked winning, freight is a bigger version of the same game: every company that makes something has to ship it, and they buy it again every week. What we teach you We train you on freight in-house: how loads are priced, how to quote a lane, how trucks get covered and how to work with our carrier sales and dispatch teams. What you'll do • Call and email manufacturers, distributors and food and beverage companies to start new relationships. • Learn to quote lanes and win your first loads. • Turn first loads into regular freight, and grow from there. What we're looking for • At least one year in a sales or customer-facing role with a target. • You're competitive, coachable and comfortable on the phone. • No freight experience required. • You live in or near Austin and are authorized to work in the United States. We don't offer relocation or visa sponsorship. • Nice to have: Spanish. The details Full-time and hybrid: in our North Austin office four days a week.
