Entry Level Logistics Coordinator Location: Waltham, MA Schedule: Full Time, On Site, Monday through Friday Salary: $55,000 to $60,000 We are seeking an Entry Level Logistics Coordinator to join a growing organization in the Waltham area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is dependable, organized, hands on, and interested in building experience in logistics, inventory, shipping, and business operations. Previous logistics experience is not required. We are looking for someone with the right attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. Training will be provided. What You’ll Do The majority of your responsibilities will support day to day logistics and inventory operations, including: • Receive, organize, and maintain incoming inventory and materials • Prepare, pack, and coordinate outgoing customer shipments • Assemble and prepare product kits for shipment • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with routine inventory counts • Prepare shipping labels and basic domestic and international shipping documentation • Coordinate with shipping carriers and outside vendors • Enter and maintain order and shipment information in internal business systems • Help track orders and provide shipping or delivery updates • Assist with basic customer inquiries related to orders, shipments, returns, and exchanges • Work with internal teams to make sure orders are processed accurately and on time What We’re Looking For This position could be a great fit for someone beginning their career or looking to move into logistics and operations. We are primarily looking for: • High school diploma or equivalent • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Comfortable working with computers and learning new software systems
