Duties Perform routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tire services, brake repairs, shocks & struts, and suspension and seals checks Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics to troubleshoot mechanical issues accurately Conduct inspections of vehicle systems including air brakes, HVAC systems, alignment, and vehicle electrical components Assist with equipment repair tasks involving welding, fabrication, and tire service Maintain detailed records of repairs performed and parts used to ensure quality control and safety compliance Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge or technical training in automotive or heavy equipment repair preferred Basic knowledge of diesel engine, air brake systems. Ability to read schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting complex systems Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills Willingness to learn new skills through on-the-job training Ability to perform physical tasks. Good communication skills.
