This regional fleet trains you on the road, pays you every week while you learn, and keeps your runs in the eastern part of the country. Starting Out 4 to 6 weeks on the road with an experienced driver trainer $650 per week training pay Your own truck once your trainer signs off $1,000 per week guaranteed for your first 3 months solo Regional Runs Regional freight that stays in the East 1,800 to 2,300 miles a week Home every two weeks Mostly drop and hook, some live loads Paycheck $1,000 to $1,500 average weekly gross Mileage pay that climbs with experience $15 stop pay Performance bonus plan Benefits Medical, dental and vision after 30 days 401k with company match and paid time off $300 orientation pay, travel to orientation covered Rider and pet allowed once training is done Requirements Valid Class A CDL, 21 or older New drivers: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5 years Pass hair and urine drug testing and a DOT physical Your CDL is ready to work.
