You train on the road with pay, run reefer loads you never have to unload, and build a full year of experience the right way. Your Start 4 to 6 weeks of paid training with an experienced mentor $650 per week while you train Solo truck once your mentor signs off $1,000 per week guaranteed for your first 3 months solo Reefer Life Temperature controlled freight, no unloading 1,900 to 2,500+ miles a week solo Home every two weeks Mostly drop and hook Earnings $1,300 to $1,500 average weekly gross Mileage pay that grows with experience Performance bonus plan Benefits Medical, dental and vision after 30 days 401k with company match and paid time off $300 orientation pay, travel to orientation covered Rider and pet allowed once training is done Requirements Valid Class A CDL, 21 or older New drivers: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5 years Pass hair and urine drug testing and a DOT physical Steady freight, steady paychecks.
