You train on the road with a real trainer, get paid every week while you learn, and then run a western fleet where most trips wrap up in 2 days or less. Your First Weeks 4 to 6 weeks on the road with an experienced driver trainer $850 per week training pay Your own truck on full pay as soon as your trainer signs off $1,000 per week guaranteed for your first 3 months of solo driving The Runs Dry van freight across the 11 western states Most runs are no more than 2 days out Home every two weeks 1,700 to 2,100 miles a week, day or night dispatch Want more miles?
