Entry-Level Buyer / Purchasing Assistant GoodFibers LLC | Phoenix, AZ | Full-time | On-site Pay: $24.00 – $32.00 per hour About GoodFibers GoodFibers is a contract manufacturer of wet wipes, cleaning products, and single-dose pods for leading consumer brands. Our procurement team makes sure every line has the materials it needs, on time. The Role We’re hiring an Entry-Level Buyer to purchase raw materials, chemicals, and packaging for our production lines. We’ll train you, so no purchasing experience is required. You do need to be organized, good with spreadsheets, and comfortable following up with suppliers. Responsibilities Create and track purchase orders in our MRP/ERP system Match material needs to production schedules and customer orders Confirm delivery dates with suppliers and flag delays early Monitor inventory and catch shortages before they affect production Keep supplier, pricing, and PO records accurate Work with production, receiving, and quality teams to resolve issues Support invoice matching and supplier paperwork (COAs, SDSs) Requirements 0–2 years in purchasing, supply chain, inventory, or manufacturing Working knowledge of Excel (formulas, filters, pivot tables) Strong attention to detail and follow-through Clear written and verbal communication Preferred Experience with MRPeasy, NetSuite, SAP, or another ERP Background in CPG, chemicals, or manufacturing Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage Paid time off (PTO) and holidays On-the-job training and a growth path to Buyer / Senior Buyer At GoodFibers we are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
