Entry level Automotive Parts Counter and Warehouse worker

Reliable Chevrolet Springfield is seeking an Entry-Level Automotive Parts Counter and Warehouse Worker to join our team in Springfield, MO. This position offers an excellent opportunity to start a career in the automotive industry by supporting our parts department, assisting customers, organizing inventory, and maintaining a well-run warehouse. This job runs Tuesday through Saturday. 8 am to 5 pm Responsibilities Assist customers at the parts counter by identifying and providing the correct automotive parts and accessories. Manage inventory by receiving, stocking, and organizing parts in the warehouse. Maintain cleanliness and order in the parts department and warehouse areas. Process and fulfill parts orders accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with team members to ensure parts are available on time for service technicians and customers. Perform basic warehouse duties including packing, labeling, and shipping of automotive parts. Requirements No prior automotive parts experience required; on-the-job training will be provided. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift and carry automotive parts as needed. Basic computer skills to use inventory and order-processing systems. Basic Excel and CDK experience preferred. Reliable transportation to and from our Springfield, MO location. Benefits Competitive compensation at $16.50 per hour, paid semi-monthly.
