Korn Ferry has partnered with our client on their search for Enterprise Sourcing Manager (Technology / Software) Enterprise Sourcing Manager (Technology / Software) Position Overview The Enterprise Sourcing Manager is responsible for sourcing, contracting, vendor management, and renewal activities across software, SaaS, cloud, and technology suppliers. This role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to develop category strategies, negotiate agreements, manage supplier performance, and drive cost savings and operational value. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sourcing strategies for software, SaaS, and technology spend categories. Lead RFx processes, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations. Manage software licensing, renewals, and vendor relationships. Identify cost savings, optimization opportunities, and commercial improvements. Partner with Legal, Finance, Risk, Security, and Technology teams on supplier initiatives. Monitor supplier performance, conduct business reviews, and manage escalations. Ensure compliance with contractual, licensing, and risk management requirements. Prepare reporting and analytics related to spend, savings, renewals, and supplier performance. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree. 7+ years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Management, or a related field. Experience managing software, SaaS, cloud, or technology suppliers. Proven success negotiating complex agreements and leading sourcing initiatives. Strong analytical, financial, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Experience with enterprise software licensing and SaaS contracts. Familiarity with procurement, sourcing, and contract management platforms. Strong project management and communication skills. Experience with spend analytics and reporting tools. SE: 510821604
