About the Opportunity: The ENTERPRISE LOGISTICS MANAGER is responsible for overseeing the transportation network's performance, cost, and efficiency across all business units within the organization. This role ensures effective logistics management by coordinating with logistics providers and business-unit leaders, bringing structure and accountability to transportation operations, and driving improvements in cost, service, and process consistency. Responsibilities: Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, brokers, carriers, and freight forwarders, including service levels and issue resolution. Monitor key transportation performance metrics such as freight spend, on-time delivery, and claims. Conduct reviews to identify and address cost, service, and process issues. Collaborate with business units to improve transportation practices. Develop and maintain transportation policies, standards, and reporting. Negotiate transportation rates, contracts, and service terms with providers. Implement cost reduction initiatives through network optimization and process improvements. Lead competitive transportation analyses and request-for-proposal processes. Evaluate transportation provider and network alternatives. Serve as escalation point for significant transportation issues. Oversee international logistics provider performance and support related transportation requirements. Maintain knowledge of international shipping documentation and compliance. Lead transportation-related projects and process improvements. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field preferred. Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or 3PL management. Experience managing complex, multi-site, or decentralized transportation operations. Proven ability to manage strategic logistics-provider relationships and drive continuous improvement. Demonstrated success in reducing freight costs, improving delivery performance, and negotiating agreements. Strong analytical, commercial, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of international transportation regulations and documentation. Preferred skills include effective communication, relationship management, and proficiency with Excel and ERP systems. Pay Range and Compensation Package: Base salary range from $100,000 to $120,000. Eligibility for an annual incentive plan based on business and financial targets.
