About the Role Ross Controls is seeking a detail-oriented ECN Coordinator / Engineering Administrator to support our engineering and quality teams by managing engineering change processes, maintaining critical product documentation, and coordinating quality system activities. This role is ideal for an organized professional who enjoys working across departments, managing technical documentation, and ensuring data accuracy within ERP systems. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in supporting product changes, document control, ISO quality processes, and engineering administration activities that help keep our operations running smoothly. What You’ll Do Coordinate Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) from initiation through release and implementation. Review and track engineering change documentation for completeness, accuracy, and approvals. Communicate engineering changes to impacted departments. Maintain engineering drawings, specifications, Bills of Material (BOMs), and related documentation. Ensure document revisions are current and accessible to authorized users. Create and maintain product master data, part numbers, BOMs, and routings within ERP systems. Provide administrative support to the engineering team, including document preparation, reporting, records management, and meeting coordination. Assist with cross-functional product development and continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate and maintain the company's ISO Quality Management System (QMS). Control, update, and distribute quality documentation, procedures, work instructions, and records. Organize and manage internal audit programs, including scheduling, reporting, and corrective action follow-up. Prepare quality metrics and management review documentation. Support compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements. Assist with ISO training activities and quality awareness initiatives. What We’re Looking For Must-Haves High school diploma or equivalent. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams. Preferred Associate degree in Business, Engineering Technology, or a related field. Experience in engineering administration, document control, or ECN coordination. Experience with ERP/MRP systems, BOM management, revision control, and ISO 9000 environments. Experience working within manufacturing or engineering organizations. What Makes You Successful Engineering changes are processed accurately and efficiently.
