Local CDL End Dump Driver – Home Daily – $1,200–$1,500/Week Sealy, TX | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Automatic Transmission Looking for a dependable CDL driver for local end dump work. Home daily. Pay: Approx. $1,200–$1,500/weekPay is based on percentage of truck gross, experience, and loads completed.More loads = more money. Schedule Report to Sealy around 2:30 AM Monday–Friday Most days finish around 3:00 PM Some days may run until approximately 4:00–4:30 PM due to traffic, plant delays, or customer delays End dump experience is NOT required — I will train you on the end dump process and safe dumping procedures. However, you must already know how to operate a tractor-trailer. I am not teaching basic CDL driving. You must be able to: Back a tractor-trailer confidently Make proper left and right turns Position the truck and trailer safely Perform normal CDL maneuvers without training Complete a proper daily pre-trip Check oil, coolant, tires, truck, and trailer Check and safely clean leftover material from the trailer when needed Communicate and ask questions when you do not understand something Stay calm and follow procedures when operating the end dump Be dependable and willing to finish the workday safely when delays occur Requirements Valid CDL Eligible to operate a commercial motor vehicle Must meet DOT drug/alcohol and FMCSA Clearinghouse requirements Reliable transportation to Sealy Must consistently report on time 1099 position There will be a 3-day probation/evaluation period to determine whether the position is a good fit. This position is best for someone who is dependable, confident behind the wheel, hardworking, calm under pressure, willing to learn, and motivated to make money.
