End Dump & Belly Dump Trucking Business Development & Dispatch Manager Company: Philo Transportation LLC Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas Job Type: Full-Time About the Position PMV Transportation LLC is looking for an experienced, results-driven Trucking Business Development & Dispatch Manager to grow our construction trucking business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing direct hauling contracts, developing customer relationships, and managing daily dispatch operations for our End Dump and Belly Dump trucks. We are looking for someone who can actively bring new business to the company, not just book loads from load boards. Key Responsibilities * Secure direct hauling contracts with construction companies, general contractors, quarries, aggregate suppliers, and material suppliers. * Find new construction projects and consistent hauling opportunities for End Dump and Belly Dump trucks. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, brokers, contractors, and industry partners. * Negotiate competitive rates and develop long-term customer accounts. * Manage daily dispatching, truck scheduling, load assignments, and driver communication. * Increase fleet utilization, revenue, and profitability. * Recruit qualified CDL drivers and Owner-Operators as needed. * Monitor daily operations and help resolve scheduling, customer, and driver issues. * Provide regular updates on new business opportunities, contracts, and fleet performance. Qualifications * Experience in trucking business development, dispatching, or construction transportation. * Proven ability to generate new customers and secure hauling opportunities. * Knowledge of End Dump and Belly Dump trucking operations is strongly preferred. * Established contacts in the Texas construction, aggregate, or trucking industry are a plus. * Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. * Self-motivated, organized, and focused on measurable results. Compensation Salary based on experience and qualifications. Additional commission opportunities may be available for bringing in new customers and securing direct hauling contracts. Commission terms will be discussed during the interview. Important This position requires both business development and dispatch management. We need someone who can actively help PMV secure direct customers, develop long-term contracts, and keep our trucks working consistently.
