Embroidery Technician/Operator
Strategic Promotions Inc.Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Embroidery Technician/Operator to join our dynamic production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating embroidery machines to create high-quality designs on various fabric materials, ensuring precision and consistency throughout the process. Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional products that meet our quality standards and customer expectations. Duties Operate industrial embroidery machines with precision, ensuring accurate placement and stitching of designs on different fabric materials. Measure and verify fabric dimensions using measuring instruments to maintain proper alignment and sizing. Follow detailed work orders and design specifications to produce embroidered products that meet quality standards in production. Handle materials carefully, including fabric and upholstery components, to prevent damage during processing. Conduct quality checks throughout the embroidery process, inspecting for stitching errors, color consistency, and overall finish. Maintain safety standards in production by adhering to safety protocols and properly handling sewing machines, serging equipment, and manual cutting tools. Perform routine machine maintenance, troubleshoot issues promptly, and ensure all equipment operates efficiently for optimal output. Qualifications Proven experience operating embroidery machines or industrial sewing machines in a manufacturing or textile environment. Strong understanding of sewing techniques, seam construction, garment sewing, and garment construction principles. Familiarity with measuring instruments and dimensional measurements to ensure precise product specifications. Knowledge of fabric materials, upholstery processes, and materials handling procedures. Ability to interpret design files or instructions accurately for embroidery placement and stitching details. Experience with manual fabric cutting (fabric cutting) and sewing processes such as serging is preferred. Commitment to safety standards in production environments with a focus on quality standards in production.
