Responsibilities Operate industrial embroidery machines with precision to execute intricate designs according to specifications. Measure and align fabrics accurately using measuring instruments to ensure proper placement of embroidery patterns. Maintain high standards of quality control by inspecting finished embroidery for defects, consistency, and adherence to design specifications. Prepare materials by handling fabric and other textiles carefully, ensuring proper tension and positioning before embroidery. Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency. Follow safety standards in production environments, including proper handling of equipment and materials to prevent accidents. Collaborate with the design team to interpret embroidery patterns and translate digital files into finished products with impeccable craftsmanship. Qualifications Proven experience operating sewing machines, embroidery machines, and serging equipment within a manufacturing or textile setting. Strong understanding of fabric materials, garment construction, upholstery, and sewing techniques including seam construction and garment sewing. Knowledge of measuring instruments and dimensional measurements essential for precise embroidery placement. Familiarity with quality standards in production and safety standards in manufacturing environments. Ability to handle manual fabric cutting (manual cutting) and materials handling efficiently. Experience with warehouse operations or inventory management is a plus. Excellent attention to detail combined with strong manual dexterity; ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy.
