Embroidery & Screen Printing

Overview Encore Branding is looking for an experienced embroiderer. This position would focus on embroidery but would also be needed in other areas of a print shop, floating and help in other areas will be common. Attention to detail is crucial and you'll need to a be self starter. You'll bring creative visions to life through expert embroidery and vibrant screen printing techniques. If you’re passionate about craftsmanship, detail-oriented, and eager to develop your skills in garment decoration, this position is perfect for you! Responsibilities Operate embroidery machines and screen printing equipment with precision to produce high-quality designs on various textiles. Measure and inspect materials and finished products using measuring instruments to ensure accurate dimensions and alignment. Handle fabric materials carefully, including manual cutting and materials handling, to prepare items for decoration. Maintain strict adherence to safety standards in production environments, including proper machine operation and safety protocols. Conduct quality checks throughout the production process, verifying that finished products meet established quality standards in production. Use industrial sewing machines and sewing machines for embroidery, and finishing touches. Perform dimensional measurements on finished products to guarantee consistency and compliance with specifications. Qualifications Proven experience operating embroidery machines, industrial sewing machines, or sewing machines in a production setting. Knowledge of fabric materials, garment construction and sewing techniques. Familiarity with measuring instruments and quality standards in production environments. Ability to handle manual cutting (fabric cutting) accurately while following detailed patterns or templates. Understanding of safety standards in production facilities to maintain a safe working environment. Warehouse experience is preferred for efficient materials handling and inventory management.
