Embroidery Operations Supervisor

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Embroidery Operations Supervisor to lead our embroidery production team. In this role, you will oversee daily embroidery operations, ensure adherence to quality standards, and coordinate materials handling and machine usage. Your leadership will drive efficiency, maintain safety standards, and uphold the craftsmanship that defines our brand. Responsibilities Supervise embroidery machine operation, including industrial sewing machines and serging equipment, ensuring smooth workflow and optimal productivity Monitor quality standards in production by inspecting embroidered products for accuracy, stitch consistency, and durability Coordinate materials handling, including fabric materials, upholstery fabrics, and other supplies, ensuring proper storage and inventory management Oversee seam construction and garment construction processes related to embroidered items to meet specifications Ensure safety standards in production are strictly followed by all team members to maintain a safe working environment Conduct dimensional measurements and fabric inspections to verify product compliance with design specifications Provide training and guidance on sewing techniques such as embroidery, garment sewing, manual cutting (fabric cutting), sewing machine operation, and serging Qualifications Proven experience with industrial sewing machines, embroidery equipment, sewing machines, and serging techniques Strong knowledge of measuring instruments, quality standards in production, and safety protocols in manufacturing environments Familiarity with materials handling, garment sewing, upholstery fabrics, and fabric materials used in embroidery projects Ability to supervise a team effectively while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and efficiency Experience with warehouse operations or warehouse experience is preferred Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in dimensional measurements and fabric inspection Knowledge of seam construction, garment construction processes, manual cutting (fabric cutting), and sewing techniques Join us at Chad & Jake to lead a dynamic embroidery team committed to excellence!
