Here’s our Current Opening:
Position: Embroidery Lead - Inventory Control, Campus Outfitters
Reports to: Supervisor, In-house Garment Production, Campus Outfitters
Total Number of Reports: 4-5 Indirect Reports
Division: Retail
Location: North York, Dufferin & Steeles, On-site
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll lead day-to-day garment decoration production, mentoring and delegating work to Garment Decoration Clerks while upholding department standards for quality, accuracy, and safety. You’ll operate and troubleshoot imprint equipment, decorate garments using embroidery and direct-to-film transfers, and keep the production space clean, organized, and on schedule by creating weekly staffing plans. You’ll also support inventory and quality control by improving SOPs to reduce waste, investigating customer complaints, assisting with defective returns, and coordinating inventory pulls for production readiness.
