Electronics Testing & Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary Ross-Tech LLC is seeking a reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Electronics Testing & Fulfillment Associate. This position involves a combination of testing and configuring electronic diagnostic interfaces, preparing customer orders, and handling daily shipping and receiving operations. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with Windows computers, has good problem-solving skills, and can work independently with minimal supervision. We are looking for someone who takes pride in accuracy, stays organized, and can manage daily responsibilities efficiently. Previous experience with electronics or shipping is helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities Test and configure electronic diagnostic interfaces using Windows-based software. Follow established testing procedures to ensure products function properly before shipment. Identify and report issues encountered during product testing or configuration. Accurately pick, label, package, and prepare customer and distributor orders. Process domestic and international shipments using shipping software. Assist with receiving shipments and maintaining inventory. Keep the work area clean, organized, and efficient. Work independently while coordinating with other team members as needed. Occasionally lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Perform other duties as assigned, including assisting with various operational tasks as business needs require. Qualifications & Skills Proficiency with Windows computers and common software applications. Strong attention to detail. Good logical thinking and basic troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Reliable, punctual, and organized. Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy. Familiarity with electronic devices, USB connections, and basic computer troubleshooting is a plus. Previous experience with shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment is preferred but not required. Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Position Details Full-time, on-site position. Approximately 35 paid hours per week. Training provided. Hourly compensation based on experience. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to approximately 5:00 PM, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Occasional additional time may be required to complete daily shipping operations.
